Bb. Pilipinas Universe Lia Ramos fails to bring home the crown

Unfortunately, Ms. Lia Andre Ramos didn’t even make it to the Top 20. Which is a shame because I think she was a good candidate. Anyhow, congratulations to Ms. Ramos for representing the country and for winning Miss Photogenic!

As the Philippine representative, it is a real big honor to represent your country. In 1980, my daugther Dina S. Aportadera was Miss Guam. U.S.A. and represented the U.S. Territory in the Miss Universe contest that was held in Seoul, South Korea. The Philippines was represented by a very beautifull Filipina the name I cant remember, that made the top 5 candidate. My daugthers mom escorted her and they both had a ball. The Philippines representative was Chat Silayan. To be in the Miss Universe Contest everyone is a winner !!!!
